On the first day of June, Moreh Academy officiated a noteworthy event as the newly appointed officers for A.Y. 2023-2024 took their oaths. On the other hand, the exiting officers performed their turn-over rites for the incoming officials.
The ceremony was graced with the presence of the school principal, Mr. Edsel Mirambil, the assistant principal, Mr. Arnel Dela Cruz, the MACOMELEC’s Chairwoman, Ms. Billy Jean Reyes, the MACOMELEC’s Vice Chairman, Mr. Nash Mohadali, along with the rest of MACOMELEC. The MASSC 2022-2023 President, Ms. Adeline Corong was also there together with the former officers and committees. Ms. Mitch Olpos led us as we prayed to our God Almighty for giving us this auspicious day. The prayer was then followed by Mr. Nash Mohadali and Ms. Billy Jean Reyes with their own speeches.
Finally, the new set of officers took their oaths while the exiting officials completed their turnover, symbolically transferring the leadership and responsibilities.
Overall, the Moreh Academy Surpeme Student Council 2023-2024 Oath-Taking was a momentous occasion that demonstrated the student leaders’ passion and dedication in leading the students to create a better school environment.
To our outgoing president, Ms. Adeline Corong, thank you so much for your effort, hardworking and flexible character inside or outside the council. We will always root and look forward for everyone’s journey including the GR 12 officers — our incoming alumnus in Moreh Academy.
